OnPlate Terms of Service

Effective date: June 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of OnPlate, an app for extracting, saving, and navigating food, travel, and place-related content from links you provide.

Use of the Service

You may use OnPlate only for lawful purposes and only with content you have permission to access. You are responsible for the links you submit and for how you use saved records.

Accounts

You sign in with a supported identity provider such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to that account. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if the service is abused.

Saved Content

OnPlate stores extracted metadata, summaries, map locations, and related fields under your user account. Extraction quality depends on third-party pages, AI analysis, and mapping services, so results may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Subscriptions

Free and paid limits may apply. If paid subscriptions are enabled, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Third-Party Services

OnPlate uses third-party services including Firebase, Google Maps, AI analysis providers, and external websites linked by users. Those services may have their own terms and availability limits.

No Warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, extraction success, map accuracy, or AI output accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnPlate is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OnPlate after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
